What will Ambassador Abstract Company do for me?

Answer: The staff of Ambassador Abstract Company,
under the review and approval of Attorney Borden
will prepare and do the following:


(a) Review the Agreement of Sale
(b) Deed;
(c) Sellers' Affidavit;
(d) 1099 tax form;
(e) Bill of Sale, if needed
(f) Preparation of mortgage and promissory note in
the even the seller is providing financing;
(g) Closing Statement
(h) Assist in correcting any title problems
that may be raised
(i) Attendance at closing
(j) Keep in contact so that you are kept up to date
with the progress of the transaction and when the
closing will occur.
