Mr. Borden has been a practicing Attorney in
Northeast Pennsylvania since 1976 and has
advised and represented numerous purchasers
and sellers in both commercial
and residential transactions during that time.


Kathy G. Legg, Closing Administrator, Paralegal
Ms. Legg is a Paralegal with 14 years experience of legal
experience. She secured her certification from Penn State
University. As a paralegal, Ms. Legg is qualified to address
many of the issues that may arise in a complex Real Estate
transaction.


Susan Hall-Bellarmino Closing Administrator
Susan has over 10 years in Real Estate.
Her responsibilities includ obtaining all necessary
information for Title Insurance, preperation of pertinent
documents and attending closings. Her knowledge provides
assistance in several areas from the beginning of the
Real Estate transaction up until the actual closing itself.


Mary R. Layer, Accounting Representative
Mary is in charge of the financial accounts for
the Abstract Company. She has been employed
in the accounting field for 25 years.
By having Ms. Layer, Ambassador Abstract is in a position
to issue checks, wire funds and check account balances
even if circumstances require last minute changes.

Support Staff
Ambassador Abstract hires and has had a long standing
relationship with other individuals and companies that
it may call upon to assist in the examination of
Real Estate Title depending upon the particular transaction.
